Spearheading the team is our managing director, Pumza Gwabeni, who holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Construction Management. With extensive experience spanning both the public and private sectors, Pumza Gwabeni brings over 21 years of experience in the built environment, development planning and compliance.
Leading our front-line construction management is Akhona Futshane, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion, resulting in consistently impeccable finishes.
Tender and Bids Administrator, Sihle Gqoboka ensures well-prepared, compliant, and professional submissions of tenders. That reflect the company’s commitment to quality, reliability, and competitive service delivery.
Our Business Management Intern serving as our Office Administrator Esihle Gubese, bridges the gap between administration and project execution, emphasizing our commitment to compliance with legislation and approvals.
Hlumisa Nqinekile, is a Financial Management Intern supporting the company’s finance and project teams by assisting with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting across all construction projects. Reinforcing the company’s commitment to disciplined financial management, value-driven service, and sustainable project outcomes.
Serving as our Admin Assistant Naksha Sewnath, provides essential administrative and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all projects. Coordinating documentation, managing communication, and assisting with project logistics to maintain efficiency and organization. A well-coordinated project administration, and professional service delivery that supports seamless project execution.
Complementing our core team are artisans with wealth of experience in Bricklaying, Painting, Carpentry, Roofing, and Waterproofing, all contributing to the successful delivery of our construction projects.
